Last updated: June 2026. This Refund Policy applies to all voluntary donations and contributions made to Mu Eregion through any of our payment methods (PayPal, debit/credit card, Revolut), including VIP packages and Web Shop purchases.

1. Voluntary Donations — Not a Purchase

Mu Eregion is a free-to-play game. You are never required to donate to play or enjoy the server. Any contribution you make is a voluntary donation to help support the ongoing development, hosting and maintenance of the server. You are not buying a product or service.

2. Virtual CashCoins (Bonus)

As a token of appreciation for your support, you receive virtual in-game CashCoins (WCash) as a bonus. CashCoins are a virtual currency for use inside the game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged, redeemed or converted back into money, and are not transferable outside of the game.

3. No Refunds

Because donations are voluntary and the CashCoins are delivered immediately, all donations are final and non-refundable. Once CashCoins have been credited to your account, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including (without limitation) accidental purchases, change of mind, account bans/suspensions for rule violations, or dissatisfaction with the service. This applies equally to CashCoins, VIP memberships and any items or buffs obtained through the Web Shop or in-game.

4. Delivery of CashCoins

CashCoins are credited automatically to the donating account right after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is instant. If your CashCoins do not appear within a few minutes, please contact us (see Section 6) with your transaction details so we can verify and credit your account.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal after receiving your CashCoins is considered fraudulent, as the virtual goods have already been delivered. Any account associated with a chargeback or reversed payment may be immediately suspended or permanently banned, and any credited CashCoins or items removed, without notice. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first and we will help resolve it.
